Album Info:The Worcester Main begins at New Bond Street in Worcester, Massachusetts and terminates in Ayer, Massachusetts. Only two trains operate on the Worcester Main on a daily basis: Q426 (SEAY) and Q427 (AYSE). CSX Train Q426 departs Selkirk, New York with a CSX crew and terminates at New Bond Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The same train is then called SEAY and is taken to Ayer, Massachusetts via a Pan Am Railways Crew with the same CSX power. Pan Am Railways Train AYSE departs Ayer, Massachusetts via a Pan Am Railways crew with CSX power and terminates at New Bond Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The same train is then called Q427 and is taken to Selkirk, New York by a CSX crew. As of August 2007 the Providence and Worcester Railroad has been running Bow Coal Trains via Pan Am Railways Worcester Main with Venezuelan coal destined for Northeast Utilities Merrimac Station in Bow, New Hampshire. A P&W Railroad crew will take the train, called PWBO, to New Bond Street in Worcester, Massachusetts before a Pan Am Railways crew will take the train to Ayer, Massachusetts, and later, Bow, New Hampshire with P&W power on the train for the whole trip. The train, called BOPW, will return from Bow, New Hampshire to Ayer, Massachusetts and later New Bond Street in Worcester, Massachusetts with a Pan Am Railways crew before a P&W Railroad crew takes the train onto P&W property.
